Toddler Tunes 1 18 mos - 3 years 18 week Course

Toddler Tunes is an 18-week class that gives your toddler a joyful first music experience. You and your child share in a music making program of rhythms, finger plays, active movement games, keyboard exploration, and singing. Parents participate in class. This class is open enrollment throughout the semester.

Toddler Tunes 2 is an 18-week continuation of our Toddler Tunes program. Toddler Tunes 1 is not required for enrollment in this class. You and your child share in a music making program of rhythms, finger plays, active movement games, keyboard exploration, and singing. Parents participate in class. The Music in Me 3-4 years 16 week Course

Music In Me is a dynamic and creative 16-week music readiness program for young children. We emphasize ear training, solfege singing, movement, keyboard activities as well as pitch and rhythm awareness. Activities are layered and progressive from lesson to lesson. Graduating students are encouraged to enroll in the More Music In Me Program. Parents participate in class and are guided in follow-up activities. This class is open enrollment throughout the semester.

Harmony Road Book 1 4.5 - 6.5 years 18 week Course
55 minutes weekly
In this 18-week program, students learn basic music & piano skills through singing, rhythm, movement, ear training, keyboard activities, solo & ensemble performance. Students learn keyboard geography; note reading and writing; note/rest values while developing hand responsiveness and beginning musicality. By the end of the semester, they can play the piano hands separately and perform a class ensemble. This first semester sets the foundation for advancing skills taught in the next three semesters of the curriculum. Parents participate in class.

Young Musician 6.5-8 years 18 week Course

This is an 18-week program developed for beginning students ages 6 to 7 who have little or no previous musical training. Students learn basic music & piano skills through singing, rhythm, movement, ear training, keyboard activities, solo & ensemble performance. Students learn note reading, writing and playing; note/rest values while developing hand responsiveness and musicality. Parents participate in class.

Keyboard Prep 8-12 years 18 week Course

Keyboard Prep 1 is an 18-week program created for beginning students ages 8 to 11 who have little or no previous musical training. Students learn basic music & piano skills through singing, rhythm, movement, ear training, keyboard activities, solo & ensemble performance. Students learn note reading, writing, playing and note/rest values while developing hand responsiveness and musicality. They begin playing the piano hands together by the middle of the semester and chords by the end of the semester. This first class sets the foundation for advancing skills taught in the next two 18-week semesters of the curriculum. Parents participate in class.
