☀️ Summer Harmony Road Class Policies
These policies apply to short-format Harmony Road classes offered during the summer (2- or 4-week sessions).

- Full payment is due 7 days before your class begins.
- A registration and materials fee applies to all summer classes and is non-refundable unless we need to cancel the class.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
- We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the class start date.
- Registration and materials fees are non-refundable under any circumstances unless the class is canceled by us.
- We do not offer credits toward future lessons or classes.
- If you need to miss a class, please contact us at info@heartbeatsmusicschool.com or call/text 916-818-3882 to let us know!
📆 Missed Classes
- We are not able to offer make-ups or rescheduling for missed classes in short summer sessions.
- In the case of illness or emergency, we will provide an at-home activity sheet to support continued learning.
👨👩👧 Family Participation
- A parent or caregiver is required to attend class with the enrolled student.
- Grown-ups will participate in class activities alongside their child, including singing, movement, and musical play.
- Please make arrangements for any non-enrolled children during class time.
- Additional children or guests are not allowed in the classroom.
- There is an observation window in the lobby where family members may watch.
- Older siblings may wait in the lobby if they can sit quietly and respectfully on their own, but we encourage you to make other plans when possible.
🏡 At-Home Practice
- Each week, your teacher will assign simple and fun activities for you and your child to complete together at home.
- At-home music time is a vital part of your child’s development and reinforces the learning from class.
- We recommend practicing at least three days a week to build strong musical habits and confidence.
