Summer Group Class Policies
Thank you for joining us for our summer sessions! Please review the following policies carefully before registering.
π Schedule & Enrollment
Each summer session meets 4 times (either once weekly on Saturdays or twice weekly on Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs).
A minimum of 3 students is required for a class to run.
Enrollment is confirmed once the class meets minimum enrollment. We will notify you by email as soon as your class is confirmed, or 7 days before the first class, whichever comes first.
π³ Deposits, Tuition & Fees
A $50 deposit is required per student to reserve your spot.
This deposit will be applied toward your total summer tuition once the class is confirmed.Deposits are non-refundable, unless your selected class is cancelled due to low enrollment.
Once your class is confirmed, the remaining balance (tuition + $15 registration/materials fee) will be automatically charged 7 days before the first class, or on the closest business day prior if the 7-day mark falls on a weekend or holiday.
Class tuition and materials/registration fees:
Toddler Tunes: $90 + $15 fee
Hello Music: $95 + $15 fee
Music Time & Young Musician Intro: $110 + $15 fee
A $10 sibling discount is available for additional siblings enrolled in summer group classes. Sibling discounts apply to immediate family members only.
π Withdrawals & Refunds
You may cancel your registration at any time by emailing info@heartbeatsmusicschool.com.
The $50 deposit is non-refundable, unless your selected class is cancelled.
If you withdraw after full tuition has been charged (within 7 days of the class start date), no refund will be issued.
No refunds or credits are given for missed classes.
π« Missed Classes & Make-Ups
Because summer sessions are short, make-up classes are not guaranteed.
If your child must miss a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info@heartbeatsmusicschool.com.
We will provide at-home materials or activities when possible, but no in-person or makeup classes will be offered unless we are able to accommodate a specific case.
π€§ Illness & Health Policy
If your child is sick, we ask that you keep them home to protect other students and staff.
Children with a fever, vomiting, contagious illness, or a positive COVID test must stay home.
If your child will miss a class due to illness, please email info@heartbeatsmusicschool.com as soon as possible.
πΈ Photo & Video Consent
By registering for a summer group class, families grant Heart Beats Music School permission to photograph or video their child during class activities for use in school-related marketing, social media, or documentation.
If you do not wish for your child to appear in any photos or videos, you may opt out at any time by emailing info@heartbeatsmusicschool.com.
