Before You Begin

Each fall, we personally rebuild our lesson schedule to accommodate changing family schedules while preserving the close teacher-student relationships and personalized experience that make Heart Beats Music School unique.

We carefully consider the needs of every family to create the best overall schedule possible, so the more scheduling choices you can provide, the better our chances of finding a lesson time that closely matches your family's preferences.

‍ Please Note

  • Schedule Requests are due July 31 for priority scheduling. Specific lesson days and times cannot be guaranteed.

  • The annual registration fee of $45 per student will be processed between August 1–8 as we finalize fall schedules.

  • After submitting this form, you'll be directed to the Annual Registration Update. All students should complete this Schedule Request. Families who initially enrolled on or after May 1, 2026, do not need to complete the Annual Registration Update and will not be charged the annual registration fee again this year.
