Harmony Road Opt-Out

All currently enrolled students are automatically re-enrolled to hold their Harmony Road class spot for the next semester — no action is needed if your child will continue.

If your family does not plan to continue enrollment, please complete this form to opt your student out of automatic re-enrollment for next semester. Your current semester enrollment and full-semester commitment remain in place. Opt-out requests must be submitted by the communicated deadline for the next semester.
