Harmony Road Continuation Registration

We're excited to continue your student's musical journey into the next level of Harmony Road!

Whether your student is taking a summer break or continuing with summer enrichment activities, the next book in your student's Harmony Road series will officially begin the week of August 17.

In order for the cohort to continue into the next level, we need each family planning to participate to complete this registration form. Your registration confirms your student's place in the class and helps us finalize the cohort for the upcoming level.

We expect to confirm all cohort plans by June 18. If you are continuing with a lesson package or in any capacity with us over summer while your class takes a break, your deposit is waived!

Please Note: Use the same contact information you currently use to log in to MyMusicStaff so we can match your registration to your student's account.

Commitment & Withdrawal Policies

By submitting this registration form, you are reserving your student's place in the next level of their Harmony Road cohort beginning the week of August 17.

This registration allows Heart Beats Music School to finalize class rosters, teacher schedules, and cohort planning. Please submit this form only if you intend to continue with the cohort.

Withdrawal fees apply as follows:

  • More than 30 days before the semester begins: No withdrawal fee

  • 7–30 days before the semester begins: 1 month's tuition

  • Within 7 days before the semester begins: 2 months' tuition

  • After the semester begins: Full semester tuition

These policies help protect teacher schedules, payroll commitments, and the continuity of our cohorts.
