📅 What if we’re traveling this summer?
No problem! For private lessons, we’ll work with your availability to schedule around travel. You can choose a flexible 4-, 6-, or 8-lesson package that fits your summer plans. You'll be able to tell us about your scheduling needs on the registration form.
Group classes meet on specific days and cannot be made up outside of the scheduled session — so be sure to choose a session that works with your calendar.
🤔 Can we try a lesson before signing up?
We don’t offer free trial lessons for packages, but our summer lesson packages are designed to help families try out music in a flexible, low-commitment way.
Whether you choose 4 or 8 lessons — or explore multiple instruments in our Music Explorers package — you’ll have a chance to get started and see what fits best.
🎸 Can I switch instruments during the summer promotion?
4- and 8- lesson packages are for one instrument. If you’re interested in exploring more than one, our Music Explorers package (6 lessons across 2–3 instruments) is the best fit.
🎹 Do we need a keyboard or instrument at home?
Yes — students enrolling in Harmony Road group classes (like Music Time or Young Musician Intro) must have a piano or keyboard at home for practice.
Students in the Music Explorers package are strongly encouraged to have access to a piano or keyboard as well. If that’s not possible, let us know — we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Students taking guitar, bass, or violin lessons also need an instrument available for home practice. If you’re not taking advantage of one of our promotions, check out our Instruments Page for beginner-friendly recommendations.
We also have a limited supply of small keyboards available for rent for introductory use. Contact us at info@heartbeatsmusicschool.com to inquire about availability.
