Summer Private Lesson Package Policies

📅 Scheduling

• Packages are available in 4-, 6-, or 8-lesson blocks.

• Lessons will be scheduled in advance based on your availability and teacher openings.

• All packages must be scheduled by August 10, and all lessons must be completed by August 31.

🔁 Rescheduling & Missed Lessons

• You may reschedule up to one lesson per 4-pack (or up to two per 8-pack) if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Make-up times are subject to teacher availability and may not be guaranteed during your preferred time.

• Lessons missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

💳 Registration & Payment

• A $25 registration fee is charged when you register. This fee is non-refundable.

• Full tuition is automatically billed in MyMusicStaff once your schedule is confirmed.

• Registration is not complete until full payment is received.

❌ Cancellations

• Summer packages are non-refundable once scheduled.

• If you cancel before lessons are scheduled, your registration fee is non-refundable, but it may be credited toward future enrollment at our discretion.

🎒 Materials

• Students should bring their instrument (if applicable) and any assigned materials to each lesson.

🎁 Bonus for Fall Registration

• If you continue lessons in the fall:

  • 4-pack students: $25 summer registration fee is applied toward your fall registration

  • 6- and 8-pack students: your fall registration fee is waived
