Media Consent Policy

I grant Heart Beats Music School permission to photograph, record, and use images, video, audio recordings, performances, and quoted statements of myself and/or my child for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes. These materials may be used in print, online, social media, and other communications and may identify my child by first name unless I request otherwise.

If I prefer that my child not appear in photographs, videos, or promotional materials, I may notify the office at any time so my preferences can be documented and communicated to staff.

I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these materials. I further waive any claims arising from their authorized use and acknowledge that all photographs, recordings, and related media created by Heart Beats Music School remain the property of Heart Beats Music School.
